Phelus does not require an account to log in, uses only Phelus's self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and never sends your data to any third-party services. Phelus does not require an account to log in, so you can use the App completely anonymously, with no need to provide any personal details to access or use its features. We do not collect any device information that can be used to identify you or your device , including but not limited to your device model, device ID, IP address, operating system version, network information, location data, browsing history within the App, or usage habits. We do not track how you use the App's features, do not count your usage frequency, do not record which prompt-boost chips you use, and do not collect any data related to your interaction with the App's Studio Desk, Inspire section, or Memories tab. All your usage behavior is processed and stored exclusively locally on your device, and we have no access to or control over this data.
We do not collect any of your written prompts, generated character images (PNGs), Memories metadata, or any content you create using the App . All content you generate—including the text prompts you type, the character images rendered by the App, and the Memories metadata associated with your renders—is stored only on your device's local storage. We never collect, store, back up, or transfer this content to any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services. You have full and exclusive control over all your content, and you can delete any content you no longer need directly from the App's Memories tab at any time. Once deleted, the content is permanently removed from your device, and we have no way to recover or access it.
We do not collect any payment information , even for users with a Premium Studio Pass or those who top up coins in the Coin shop. All payment processing for subscriptions and coin purchases is handled exclusively through Apple's App Store payment processor. We never store, process, or access any of your payment details, such as credit card numbers, debit card information, or payment account details. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by Apple's security protocols, and we never send any payment-related data to third-party services.
Additionally, we do not collect any data from the optional studio reference card images bundled within the App . These curated reference images are shipped inside the App to help you nudge composition and palette through the model's reference-image mode, but we never collect, store, or send these reference images to any external servers or third-party services. We never send your data, content, or any information related to your use of the App to any third-party services . This includes, but is not limited to, advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, cloud service providers, analytics companies, or any other external entities. All data processing—including prompt interpretation, AI character generation, reference-image analysis (if used), and content storage—occurs entirely locally on your device. There is no data transmission from your device to our servers or any third-party servers, ensuring that your data never leaves your device and is never exposed to external risks, breaches, or unauthorized access.

It processes your text prompts and, if you choose to use reference mode, the App's bundled reference images solely on your device, with no need for an internet connection for data processing (except for optional sharing, which is initiated and controlled entirely by you).
